What is Mixmuse?
Mixmuse is a traveling mixology studio made & served on-site — for weddings, parties, and events, right where the magic happens.
We craft our own recipes with premium tea, real juice, and organic ingredients from around the globe.
Styled with gorgeous décor from travels, handmade pieces, and custom designs, every drink is made fresh to order and decorated with florals and flair.
More than just drinks, Mixmuse creates moments that feel like art.

How to Book Us
We make booking simple.
Step 1: Request a Price Quote
Click here to inquire and we will send you the form. No need for final details — just a rough guest count and event info to get started.
Step 2: Secure Your Date
Lock in your event date by paying a $50 deposit. Once received, we'll send you a check-in form to choose your drinks and provide instructions. ( form due 2 weeks before your event )
Step 3: Final Check-In
2 weeks before your event, we'll reach out to collect the remaining balance, confirm your check-in form, and finalize menu and instructions.

Milk / Fruit Tea: $7 per cup

Transportation, Setup , 2 Hours On-Site Serving & Decoration Fee

Within 25 miles of Fremont: $200

Within 50 miles: $250

Over 50 miles: $300
Insurance / Venue Fees
Some venues require insurance or additional permits — let us know in advance and we’ll coordinate.

A Day With Us
Here’s what the day of your event will look like:
30 Minutes Before
We arrive early to set up and decorate.
2-Hour Service
We serve drinks on-site.
After Service
We clean up our bar station

Venue setup
Please work with your venue to ensure provide the following:

Two 6-foot tables (with a tablecloth — we’ll decorate on top) or one long bar table.

A trash can placed nearby for discarding empty cups.

Either: A bucket of ice provided by the venue (having ice onsite is ideal due to hot days).
